1. Launch your 'Mac Mail'.
2. From the 'Mail' menu, choose 'Add Account'.
3. Select 'Add Other Mail Account' and click 'Continue'.
4. Enter full name, email address and password.
5. Click 'Sign In'.
6. If you get error 'Unable To Verify Account Name Or Password' proceed with the following steps.
7. Enter 'User Name' which is your full email address.
8. 'Account Type' choose 'IMAP'.
9. Enter 'Incoming Mail Server': mail.domain.co.za (replace domain with your domain name, eg: mail.ats-systems.co.za).
10. Enter 'Outgoing Mail Server': mail.domain.co.za (replace domain with your domain name, eg: mail.ats-systems.co.za).
11. Click 'Sign In'.
12. Email account should now be ready for use.
